Summary

kAI Companion is your one-stop shop for questions about campaigns, accounts, metrics, and Kayzen features. Ask in plain language and get clear answers based on your account data and Kayzen’s documentation, without building a report or searching the Help Center.

To get started with kAI Companion, click the icon in the top-right corner of the console, next to your advertiser name.

What you can ask

Ask about your campaigns

Get answers about any campaign data in the Kayzen console, current or historical. kAI Companion can summarize your results, compare time periods, show your top or bottom campaigns by any metric, track trends over time, and create visualizations on request

Ask about key metrics such as spend, installs, CTR, IPM, eCPI, eCPA, win rate, etc. Break results down by various dimensions like country, exchange, creative and more.

Try asking:

  • What are my top 5 campaigns by spend this month?

  • What's the win rate for this campaign by exchange?

  • Compare this month with the same period last month for this advertiser.

  • Show me the daily install trend for this campaign over the last 30 days.

  • What's the frequency cap on this campaign?

  • What's my current account balance?

Understand Kayzen metrics and features

Ask what a metric means, how a feature works, or how to set something up, and get a clear answer based on the Kayzen Help Center.

Try asking:

  • What is IPM?

  • What does eCPA mean?

  • What does win rate mean?

Understand what changed

Ask what changed and when across a campaign, advertiser, order, or app, and get the answer right inside kAI Companion. See budget and targeting updates, creative changes, when campaigns were paused, and more, without manually checking your account history. This capability comes from Changelog Insights, now available directly in kAI Companion.

Try asking:

  • What changed in this campaign yesterday?

  • What targeting changes were made this week?

Understand your bidding performance

Ask why your campaign bids were won or lost and how your win rate and pacing are trending with Bid Diagnostics, now available directly in kAI Companion.

Try asking:

  • Why did these bids lose?

  • How has my win rate changed this week?

What to expect today

What kAI Companion supports

kAI Companion currently helps you explore your campaign data and understand how to use Kayzen.

It can:

  • Answer questions about your campaign data: Get summaries, comparisons, rankings, breakdowns, trends, and snapshots based on the data available in the Kayzen console.

  • Explain Kayzen metrics and features: Get definitions and setup guidance based on the Help Center.

  • Show what changed in your account: Track account changes over time with Changelog Insights.

  • Help you understand what’s limiting your bids: Explore why bids were won or lost with Bid Diagnostics.

What kAI Companion doesn’t support yet

kAI Companion does not currently diagnose why your campaign performance changed or recommend what you should do next. These capabilities are part of the future roadmap as kAI Companion evolves toward deeper analysis and recommendations.

kAI Companion doesn’t make changes to your campaigns or account. It won’t edit settings, activate campaigns, or adjust bids, so you always stay in control.

How to access kAI Companion

Open kAI Companion by clicking the icon in the top-right corner of the console. You can type a question in plain language or start with a ready-made prompt from the Prompt Library.

A few things that can help you get a clearer answer:

  • Include the campaign and date range: Add the campaign name or campaign ID and the time period you’re asking about.

  • Ask one question at a time: Single questions generally return the clearest answers.

  • Be specific about what you want to know: Include the metric, breakdown, or comparison you’re interested in to help kAI Companion focus on the right data.
